Boneless chicken pieces- 500 gms
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns powder- 1/2 tsp
Chickpea flour/besan- 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Corn flour- 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Egg white of 1 egg
Oil for deep frying- As required
Curry leaves- 4-5
Green chillies- 4 (vertically slit)
Take boneless chicken pieces in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and add salt to it as per taste.
Add coriander seeds powder, garam masala powder, black pepper corn powder and mix all the ingredients well.
Now add chick pea flour, corn flour and mix it well again.
Add egg white to it.
Mix the all the ingredients well and marinate it for 5-10 minutes.
Add oil in a kadai and heat it.
Add the chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry them on medium flame. Add slit green chillies and curry leaves and Stir the chicken pieces up and down and fry until they become golden red.
When pakora is well fried, remove them from oil.
