Fish Tandoori is a delicious Fish preparation. This recipe is made with a thick marination of authentic Indian spices along with curd
|Main Ingredients||Fish, Curd, Garam masala|
Finely chopped Onions-1/4 cup
Tandoori masala- 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves-1 tbsp
Sunflower Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Don’t cut the fish into pieces, just remove the fins and insides of the fish.
Make horizontal slits on both the sides of as many as possible. It will help the marinade to go deep inside. Wash it well and apply salt on both the sides of the fish and keep for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together all the marination ingredients as mentioned in “For marination” and apply it to the fish on both sides. Press the mixture inside the slits really well, cover the bowl and let it marinate at least for 40 to 50 minutes
Preheat your oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit and brush the grill lightly with oil. Now place the fish over the grill and bake for about 20 minutes.
Insert a toothpick To check the fish whether baked well. if it feel soft and light then your fish tandoori is ready. remove the stick out and serve hot.
Serve Fish Tandoori with Steamed Rice. It can also be served as an appetizer with green chutney or sauce
