Spring onions, Egg, Mushroom
Long grained Basmati rice- 2 cups
Prawn – 1 cup
Chicken meat- 2 cup (cut into small pieces)
Egg – 2
Spring onions – 7-8 pcs
Capsicum – 2
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Mushroom – 1 cup
Oil – 4 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Soak Basmati rice for 1/2 hour. Cook rice in salted water(1 tsp ) until 90% cooked . Drain the water and spread in a wide plate and allow it to cool.Cooking of rice to be done 2-3 hours before
Chop and deseed the capsicum.
Cut the mushrooms in cube shape.
Heat oil in a flat pan and fry the prawns until cooked and remove it to another pot.
Add the chicken to the remaining oil in the pan, fry for some minute and remove.
Now add capsicum, mushrooms, spring onions to the remaining oil, stir and fry briefly.
Add the rice, soya sauce, salt and pepper,
prawns, chicken meat and the beaten eggs one by one and stir after every addition
When all the ingredients mixed well, cover the pan and cook on low flame until heated evenly.
