Paneer pakora is a popular north Indian snack with a crispy outer layer but soft and moist from the inside. This can be easily made at home with paneer, Chickpea flour, ginger and some other common ingredients which are readily available

Asafoetida, Carom Seeds
Paneer- 100 g (1 inch rectangular cut)
Chickpea flour (gram flower)- 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chillie powder- 1/8 tsp
Asafoetida (Hing)- A pinch
Rice flour- 1 tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain)- 1/4 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Green Chillies- 8-10 pcs(Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves- Few (Finely chop)
Vegetable Oil- As required
Chat Masala- 1/4 tsp
dried Parsley- 1/8 tsp
To prepare the batter take Gram Flour, Rice flour, Asafoetida, Red chillies powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, Turmeric, Salt and Carom Seed in a bowl and add 1/2 cup water to it.
Mix all these properly so that no lump remains.
Take approx 2 cup Vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and put it on high flame.
Take Paneer pieces and mix it well with batter so that batter wraps each Paneer piece properly.
Drop Paneer pieces when the oil is hot enough and roll over Paneer Pakoras so they get fried evenly on both sides.
Fry Paneer Pakora until they are golden brown.
Take them out using slotted turner once they ready.
